Questions
How long does it take to switch?
Most groomers are set up in an afternoon. Export your clients from your old system or spreadsheet as a CSV and import them in one go, pets included.
Can my clients book online?
Yes, on every plan. Turn on your booking page in Settings and share the link. You choose the services, how much notice you need and whether bookings are confirmed straight away or wait for you.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They book, sign your terms and see report cards in their browser, and messages go from your own WhatsApp, text or email.
I’m a mobile groomer. Does it work for me?
Yes. Choose “mobile” when you sign up and you get a route for each day, drive times between visits and directions in Google Maps.
Who owns my client data?
You do. You can export everything at any time, and if you close your account we delete it. We never sell data or use it for advertising.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan, or carry on for free with up to 20 pets. Nothing is deleted and there’s no card needed to start.
Are there card fees?
Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates. We don’t add anything on top.
